THE SOUTHERN BELLES
Book one of The Brighton Belles Series
“Love is more important than money.”
“Fabulous addictive read!”
NOT JUST ANY OLD RICHES TO RAGS STORY
‘Three vastly wealthy heiresses lose everything when their father dies in a car crash, leaving the family’s company with a gaping hole in its finances. The three sisters must fend for themselves for the first time, in the process finding love and growing as people.’
Nicknamed ‘The Southern Belles’ by the tabloid press, this novel follows 3 heiresses, Evelyn, Georgia and Olivia Belle, who come face to face with personal tragedy and impending financial ruin, when their dear father is killed in a tragic road accident on Evelyn’s 30th birthday, leaving them with an open wound that shakes them to their core. Their father’s business is now in danger and with the world watching, and the National Crime Agency peering on, what is left is now every valuable, every asset, every memory, are all sold at auction.
With the money gone, friends disappear from their inner circle, and for the first time since they can remember they must fend for themselves. Evelyn is the eldest, she understands the urgency of the situation, and so takes a unilateral approach to solving their problems, her father’s solicitor. With rent covered for 2 months in what can only be described as a far cry from the luxury of their past lives, life meets new challenges, sparks new loves and provides the sisters with lessons along the way, from a world that never truly owed them anything.

5* Belle of the Ball
I quickly became engrossed in this romantic, heart-warming and emotional story of three young ladies who fall from grace. The sisters are all engaging with their own and unique personalities and the friends, enemies and acquaintances they make are also believable, lovable and in at least one case damn horrible.

My friend and I were hooked.
Makes you realise money doesn’t mean everything. Such a great read. Enjoy.
