About the Author

Paul Taylor is a consultant with nearly 30-years’ experience under his belt of implementing change across the financial services sector, oil/gas industry, charities and professional bodies.

He is Chair and NED for a variety of industries and social enterprises (including a film production company that offers opportunities to the BAME community, and firm that promotes awareness of gambling addictions and associated problems within gambling, especially within the primary target of young people. Additionally, he is an Associate Lecturer for the Open University STEM, teaching Technology Management.

Paul Taylor has taken to many platforms as an author and speaker on a variety of subjects including, change management, freelancing, technology and regulations, also being mentor to various people on areas of career planning, changes in career and change management.

Author Paul has obtained an MBA from the Open University in 1999 and is currently studying for a PhD at Middlesex University.
