Biography of Joanne Henson
Joanne Henson is a health and weight loss coach who helps her clients to get healthy and happy and stay healthy and happy. She specialises in helping people with a history of failed diets and fitness regimes to change their relationship with food and exercise for good.
Joanne wrote her books ‘What’s Your Excuse for not Eating Healthily?’ and ‘What’s Your Excuse for not Getting Fit?’ as a result of hearing the same self-sabotaging statements from her clients over and over again. She found that by taking practical action to overcome your own excuses, you can change your behaviour and succeed in your goals.
"Very useful, very practical and makes a lot of sense! There are some great tips in here and even if you just implemented a bit of Joanne's advice it would make a real difference. This is a helpful book."
