About the Author
Hutton Henry is currently the C.E.O. of Beyond M&A, a technology consultancy that specialises in accelerating people and tech integration post-merger and acquisitions. With over 23 years experience, Hutton has worked on many M&A integration projects for companies including HP, Ford, and Jaguar and has now ventured into Private Equity. In 2012, Hutton's first consultancy was recognised by Microsoft as a Global Top Three Partner for Cloud Technology within Enterprise Business. He has also trained with Nancy Kline, the founder of Time to Think and the Thinking Environment, and Kathy Kolbe the psychometric expert.
