About the Author
Natasha Rose Mills is an author, actress and yoga teacher. Growing up in Bicester Oxfordshire, Natasha always had a vivid imagination, acting out plays and writing short stories. She loved exploring characters, bringing them to life through her writing. During a transitional period in her life, she developed a passion for health and wellness. After discovering the benefits of yoga and how it improved her overall wellbeing, Natasha was inspired to become a certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher.
